In 1990 the US Congress adopted the Immigration and Nationality Act. That law provided for foreign nationals to invest $1,000,000 in a US business that creates 10 US jobs and thus receive a green card. Since the introduction of the law there have been a lot of changes. However, the changes have only served to make things more confusing and less certain. VIP has returned to the basics. The law says $1,000,000. That isn't difficult. The law says 10 jobs. That isn't difficult either. With those key points in mind, VIP seeks to eliminate the areas of difficulty and concentrate on the letter and spirit of the law.
The creator of the program-- Robert Alan Jones, Esq., has vast experience in the areas of both tax and general law. He has not hesitated to bring in the best possible group of consultants and advisors to create the best immigration by investment fund. The adherance to the letter and spirit of the law has not been compromised. In fact, it is central to the VIP plan.

Too many EB5 programs have failed. They fail because the plans they use are flawed. VIP is basic… and it follows the law to the letter.
